5* Cleanliness rating, May 2024

We place cleanliness and hygiene as priority here at Heath Lodge Clinic. To enable us to ensure that our high standards are met and maintained, we continue to engage the services of an external company called NTH ( North Tees & Hartlepool NHS foundation) to audit our cleanliness according to the NHS Cleanliness standards 2021.

The clinic recently underwent another monthly thorough inspection by a NTH cleanliness auditor, who inspected all areas of the clinic.
The inspector was again impressed with the areas that he was able to enter and has issued Heath Lodge Clinic with another 5-star rating (the highest rating available).

We are again delighted with this rating and feel is a fitting reward for the standards of cleanliness to which all of the team contribute, and we look forward to our next monthly inspection in June.
