Job Role: Booking Co-Ordinator/ Receptionist
Location – Heath Lodge Clinic, Knowle, Solihull

Hours – 1X Full time (37.5 hrs per week) and 1X Part time (22.5 hrs per week)

We are an independent diagnostic Imaging facility (MRI, DEXA, Ultrasound, X-ray and Pain Management Services) situated in Knowle, close to J5 of the M42.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit individuals who will complement our existing Administration team.
Previous experience of working in a busy administrative / appointment booking role, coupled with receptionist experience, is essential.
Excellent communication and IT skills are also paramount

This is a dual role, covering reception and patient bookings, therefore an excellent telephone manner, flexibility and being able to adapt to the daily needs of the Clinic is essential.

The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, well organised, friendly and have good attention to detail. They should have the ability to multitask and deal with enquiries from Clinicians and patients in a calm, approachable and supportive manner.

Experience of working in a medical environment and knowledge of medical
terminology would be advantageous.
