We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the information provided by Public Health England (PHE).
All of our appointments will continue as normal. We will continue with our high standards of equipment hygiene and cleaning, increasing it around high use areas in the clinic, such as door handles.
What can you do? PHE advise the most effective method of preventing the spread of illness is through good personal hygiene. This includes frequent hand-washing during your visits and covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Hand wash and hand sanitiser is available throughout Heath Lodge Clinic.
Many of our patients have multiple health conditions. We kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the latest guidance from PHE and do not attend the clinic if:
You have recently returned from a Category 1 specified country (China, Iran, Republic of Korea, or Italy), within the past 14 days
You are feeling unwell and believe to have been exposed to Covid-19. If this is the case, you are advised to self-isolate and call NHS 111 from your mobile, or 999 if an emergency.
If you have any queries, please call us on 01564 732150 and also please see: https://111.nhs.uk/service/COVID-19/
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, adapt our plans as necessary, and keep you updated on any changes.
We thank you for your co-operation and look forward to continuing to welcome you to all our services.
