External Clinic cleanliness audit. November 2023

Here at Heath Lodge Clinic, we place cleanliness and hygiene as upmost priority, both prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, during the pandemic when the clinic we remained open to provide an invaluable service for our patients, and in the current Autumn season.

To enable us to ensure that our high standards are met and maintained, we are engaged with an external company called NTH ( North Tees & Hartlepool NHS foundation) to audit our cleanliness according to the NHS Cleanliness standards 2021.

The clinic recently underwent its 3rd rigorous inspection by a NTH cleanliness auditor, who inspected all areas of the clinic.
The inspector was very impressed with the areas that he was able to enter and has issued Heath Lodge Clinic with it’s 3rd consecutive month’s 5-star rating (the highest rating available).

We were delighted with this rating and feel is a fitting reward for the standards of cleanliness to which all of the team contribute, and we look forward to our next monthly inspection in December.
