Patient feedback- December 2023

We finished 2023 with December being another rewarding month of receiving written feedback from our patients.
We enjoy each month opening our lockable feedback post boxes where patients (or their relatives), have completed feedback after their visit, these are either named or anonymous, depending upon the preference of the patient.

During December we received fantastic patient comments across MRI, X-Ray and Pain Management.

Thank you to our patients who take the time to complete a brief postcard or detailed form after their visit – it is highly appreciated by the team here at Heath Lodge Clinic.
