Patient feedback: February 2025

February 2025 was a fantastic, rewarding month of receiving written feedback from our patients.
Every month we enjoy opening our lockable feedback post boxes from our patients who have completed feedback after their visit, these are either named or anonymous, depending upon the preference of the patient.

Throughout February we received some fantastic patient comments across MRI, X-Ray, DEXA and Pain Management. The main theme again this month how friendly and professional our staff are here at Heath Lodge!
