July was a very rewarding month of receiving written feedback from our patients.
We enjoy each month opening our lockable feedback post boxes where our patients have handed in their feedback forms after their visit, these are either named or anonymous, depending upon the preference of the patient.
In July we obtained such positive patient across MRI, X-Ray and Pain Management.
Thank you to our patients who take the time to complete a brief postcard or form after their visit – it is highly appreciated by the team here at Heath Lodge Clinic.
