Job Role: Appointments Administrator.
Full time Appointment (37.5 hrs per week)
We are an independent diagnostic Imaging facility (MRI, DEXA, Ultrasound, X-Ray and Pain Management Services), situated close to J5 of the M42 and we are looking for an individual who will complement our existing team.
Previous experience of working in an administrative / appointment booking role is essential together with excellent communication and IT skills.
The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, well organised, friendly and have good attention to detail. They should have the ability to multitask and deal with enquiries in a calm and supportive manner.
Experience of working in a medical environment and an understanding of medical terminology would be advantageous.
