Staff briefing meetings December 2024

Over the last two afternoons (3rd and 4th December) the management team at Heath Lodge Clinic were delighted to hold clinic wide Employee Briefing meetings.

It was wonderful to have all of the Heath Lodge Clinic staff, both clinical and non-clinical, in the same room for the two sessions! This has proved more of a challenge to our increasing numbers of staff due to successful recruitment in 2024 as part of our expansion programme.

We were able to share ideas and hear in more detail about exciting plans in place for 2025- exciting times ahead next year!

It was also a fantastic opportunity for staff to catch up and of course share some mince pies, putting us in the festive spirit.
