We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join Heath Lodge Clinic on a temporary fixed term contract to cover Maternity / Adoption leave. Whilst this role is initially fixed term (6-12 month contract), there may be the opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the contract for the right individual.
This role is an interesting and varied one, within an independent clinic, managing and delivering care to patients undergoing pain management procedures at the clinic.
The role will involve supporting patients prior to and during the course of any procedure, through to their point of discharge. There will also be an opportuity to work alongside our MR Radiographers supporting certain patients before and after their diagnostic scans
Any post holder must be empathetic, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have good attention to detail. The applicant must have previous experience of working as part of a clinical team, and be supportive of other colleagues; which will include visiting Consultants and other health care practioners.

The role is part time (30 hours average per week) and hours are worked on a variable shift pattern Monday to Friday. There are no on call requirements although any post holder will be required to work an occasional Saturday, subject to the reasonable needs of the business.
