I came to Heath Lodge Clinic a few years ago and had a scan on right ankle. The proactiveness then stayed with me so when I attended Chiropractor and knee a scan on right knee, I did not hesitate to ask for a referral to Heath Lodge Clinic again. The approach to the clinic is wonderful. I love to sit in the waiting room and envisage how it would have been when a family lived there. It is so welcoming, sterile without being off putting. The staff all have smiles, explain exactly what will happen. Giving confidence to patients and making sure all questions are answered. The MRI discs is given to a patient before they leave the building and the medical letter is sent asap.
