I will highly recommend Heath Lodge as my personal experience has been excellent.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly.
Dr. Duncan and his team are really very caring both before and after treatment.
In theatre I met Matt and Mel who were so supportive during my procedure.
My aftercare was provided by lovely nurses, I can only remember one name which is Christine.
Dr. Duncan has always explained the details of procedure ensuring I was happy and understood exactly what I needed to know.
Everyone I have spoken to by phone has been beyond helpful, Rachel is such a lovely lady. I was recently contacted by Faye who again was very helpful.
I have only felt reassured which is incredibly comforting given surgery can be unsettling.

All staff extremely professional, welcoming & friendly. A great environment to experience the treatment received. Thank you :)
